All of our trainers are certified by world-renowned Micah Lancaster and I'm Possible Training and ready to work with you. All you need to do is select the trainer for you.
You will gain 3 Personal Training sessions per month with your trainer.
Your trainer will provide you access to the I'm Possible Cloud app ($500/year value) to track your progress and monitor your results.

For Grades 4-12, our Skill Lab workouts are the exact large group training sessions that all of our Skill Lab facilities, located around the world, utilize to enhance and develop their players. The Skill Lab workouts that are offered here are guaranteed to follow the I’m Possible system and bring the results that we are known for world-wide. Each workout covers a new skill and topic each time so each player's improvements and skill enhancements are balanced over time.

For grades 1-4, our kids learn how to grasp concepts and skills from shooting and ball handling, to footwork, mechanics, coordination, basketball specific athletic traits, and more. Our consistent schedule allows players to simply come as often as their schedule allows without fear of falling behind when classes are missed.
